應該算本好書吧，滿滿的都是案例，可是沒有人引導和討論的話看案例的收獲真的有限，可能自己水平低也是問題。裏麵政府、醫院和公益組織等非營利機構的案例看起來還是很新鮮，有啓發。最後吐槽一句，外國書真貴，按圖書館的規定的話這本書丟瞭我得賠兩萬！！！
