適閤6分及以下的學生自學使用。分聽說讀寫四部分分開練習，涉及詞根詞綴，用法，發音區彆，易錯點。非常全麵，也配套瞭練習，但總體過於簡單。6.5分估計也可以用，看個人詞匯量，詞匯量高的經常讀外刊的沒必要做這個，過於簡單。
