Ian McEwan is a critically acclaimed author of short stories and novels for adults, as well as The Daydreamer, a children's novel illustrated by Anthony Browne. 阅读这本书的时间花得不长，薄薄的书页似乎随意就能翻完。然而一路读下去，竟是阴腐之气贯穿全身。可令我感到诡异的是，在作者看似平淡不经波澜的描述之下，一切单独抽离开，看着本应是如此惊悚，病态，古怪和离经叛道的，如，死亡，自渎，葬母，以及姐弟乱伦却都是那样...
