Ferguson is slack on some details (in one evening， temperatures are dropping and there's frost is on the grass， but then a mist begins to fall)， and the kids don't always sound like sixth graders， but this is a sweet tale. Haley is most likably vulnerable on her way to school for the first time; Andy's a study in perfection， a boy who really needs to loosen up.
