著者简介

写的很好的书。细节引人入胜。也验证了我的一个判断。最高法院对一些争议问题的裁决基本上是反映了当时的政治生态。（美国政治的周期问题可参考小施莱辛格的那本书）三权分立在现实中的操作性是有限的。
