补录/African American Literature/年代比较早了，所以有些叙述手法比较单一（总觉得女主有被害妄想症，男主人有霸道总裁倾向）/当然，奴隶生活真的很悲惨啊。

评分非裔美国女性文学课//slavery is terrible for men，but it is more terrible for women.大多数奴隶主受过教育甚至高等教育，但仍然认为自己有权利对他的奴隶做任何事情；他们不希望看到奴隶生活的舒服。这两点似乎在大屠杀那本书里可以找到一些答案：1.集合体（奴隶主们）去做一件如果单个人做看起来很疯狂很残酷的事情时，事情就变得符合常理了。2.他人（另一种颜色的人）的主权成了对自己主权的攻击。一个民族的权利在另一个民族就是越轨。作者一直在强调我们不能用同样的道德去judge她所处的条件下作出的违背道德的事情，然而她悲惨的命运甚至在大多数女性奴隶中仍属于幸运至极。
评分读得penguin classics的版本（越来越觉得企鹅是个了不起的出版社）一个可以说是幸运的黑人女奴的血泪史，行文里喷薄欲出的无法压制的对自由的渴望，和作为一个女性和母亲的感情太强大，看到最后真的是热泪盈眶。不知道短评里说“挺无趣的”人是怎么想的。这本书是在女性白人编辑的担保下出版，用的是假名，但出版后所有人都觉得是假的，觉得黑人写不出这样的书。直到上个世纪80年代一个女性学者把有关这本书的一切真实史料挖了个底朝天，世人才知道原来这本书真的是由黑人所写，讲述的完全是真实的故事。作者，编辑，还有这位学者都是伟大的女性。
