作者简介
TED CHIANG was born in Port Jefferson, New York, and holds a degree in computer science. His fiction has won numerous awards. His first collection, Stories of Your Life and Others, has been translated into ten languages. He lives near Seattle, Washington.

评分非常喜欢第一个故事。但其他的实在看不下去。我还是更喜欢宏大叙事类的科幻题材
评分还是很不舍地peruse式地读完，看每篇写作笔记也更是让我无比珍惜，像是站在作者面前听他慢慢讲起多年以来他知晓和思考的所有：无法改变的过去与对应的未来、熵与混乱、无意义的人生与向死、情感联系与意识的形成、语言和和记忆的真实、宇宙起源和人性信仰、以及人为何是人
评分Ted Chiang的书还是一如既往地富有哲理。似乎还是在看故事呢， 突然之间的一句话的总结或者一个段落的总结就让我感到豁然开朗，醍醐灌顶。尤其是书后面的Story Notes交代了故事的背景，更加让我对作者产生敬佩之心，因为小事件的发生和平时的悉心观察就是一个故事的素材。最喜欢最后一篇，淋漓尽致。
