著者簡介
小弗雷德·施韋德
（Fred Schwed, Jr.）
20世紀20年代初期，已經讀到大學四年級的小弗雷德因為晚上6點在宿捨裏容留女生而被普林斯頓大學勸退，之後他就在華爾街謀生。作為一名職業交易員，他在1929年的崩盤中破瞭産。盡管施韋德隻在華爾街乾瞭幾年，關於這些經曆也隻寫瞭《客戶的遊艇在哪裏》一本書，但這並不妨礙它成為精品，並得到巴菲特盛贊。
施韋德喜歡打高爾夫，工作時喝點小酒，隻有幾部作品問世，現在為人熟知的是一本叫《小男孩沃奇》的兒童讀物。施韋德的齣版商對他的評價是：“施韋德先生曾先後就讀於勞倫斯威爾大學和普林斯頓大學，近10年一直在華爾街工作，因此他對怎樣描寫兒童無所不知。”

评分沒認真看，屬於科普類型。主要給非專業人士看的。
评分成功投資的秘密是估算某些東西的價值，然後付更少的錢買下來。然後發現，麵對充滿不確定性的未來，估值基本是不可能成功的。於是就選擇瞭基金，排序則為主動型基金劣於市值加權指數，劣於等權指數，劣於基本麵加權指數，劣於價值加權指數——也就是投資於一籮筐賺錢能力好的企業，並長期持有。

评分非常好的作者，前麵70%的篇幅都在迴答一個接連一個的存在內部邏輯，又很根源的問題，然而提齣瞭Value Weighted Index這個解決方法，書很不錯，答案也沒毛病，就是深度可以再多一點。讀起來還是很輕鬆歡樂的
