这本书最大的问题并不是没有给社会问题提供解决方法，而是它试图解决一个反人性的无解问题 -- 存在的世界历史都是阶级斗争历史。所谓上流阶级给底层人民提供一个有限的上升空间已经是他们能为了自保利益作出的最大的有限让步；一个思维正常的公民也不会天真到需要读作者的250页糟糕写作才能意识到目前这些所谓平等运动是多么的流于表面。因为作者作为麦肯锡alum所了解的一切都基于市场，可见他对于政治法律改革寄托的向往是多么天真。另外，他的写作真的太差。逻辑混乱，分析不到位，指鹿为马鸡同鸭讲，一切写作为了满足降低自己作为精英的罪恶感而服务。能理解一些target school刚毕业的banker，consultant是这本书的目标人群，毕竟左派理想化的大学校园和毕业后的赤裸裸资本主义金钱至上差别太大矛盾太多。

对于大企业的善意过于苛刻了。现实世界里大公司自己也是如履薄冰吧，在社会责任和自我盈利的界限间摇摆，并没有像书里夸大的那种赢者通吃的局面。但还是提供了一种新的视角，让读者警惕并重新审视大企业行善的动机。

一般般吧，整本书都太不冷静了，充满着情绪让我有点反感。论述也不是严谨，但是联系很多现实例子和哲学理论，算是长知识吧……但还是流于肤浅了

这本书令我对自己的职业选择和所在的行业都有很大的反思：我仍然相信自己的工作有实在的意义，但当我从事一种公共事业，参加国际会议，和跟我一样拥有漂亮学历和干净梦想的“精英”谈论如何令世界变得更好，需要认识到这是一个各种意义上的真空。这个真空在个人层面的危险是一个回音房间，令你觉得自己在从事伟大的事业，有着崇高的理想，但你真的在do good吗？从社会慈善事业整体而言，这种真空是不是伤害了真正应有的民主程序，是不是掩盖了更结构性的问题？如果我们所见改变世界的社会工程，都是玫瑰色的、干净的、共赢的，那可能并不是真实世界的重量
