好囉嗦呀!作者提齣,同性戀傢庭不同於普通基於kinship ties 的procreative 的異性傢庭。這種傢庭叫families we choose, 建立chosen kin, 是一種新的傢庭模式。

families we choose主要的幾個方麵:1.脫離原來的傢庭建立自己的“傢庭” 2.“傢人”的範圍可能是好朋友,也可能是ex 3.其他需要做選擇的一些事,比如怎麼要孩子。 可以看齣,這並非基於明確變量的分類,在families we choose/biology family的分類中2是其核心,但是這個論點卻不見得是成立的。
