Absence haunts ordinary spaces in Austrian photographer Andrea Witzmann's pictures. Her palette is often white, but she brings remarkable variety to it: Four empty, white plastic lounge chairs are askew on the roof deck of a seaside building, and the starched linens of vacant bedrooms, often in the tropical Far East, convey the oppressive heat. Dim discos and echoing lobbies round out this compelling, melancholy collection.
