评分是一本不錯的教科書，比起managing human resource 那本簡直就是入門級讀者的神物。後者寫的太亂，很多內容混在一大片中。但是這本就會用小標題一個一個的標齣來，很清晰。 p.s. 作者對於中國的研究還是挺透徹的，還會用 red eye disease (jealous) 這樣的idiom
