著者簡介
尤金·奧凱利，在紐約市齣生和長大。1972年進入畢馬威，擔任助理會計師，經過30多年的努力，於2002年4月成為畢馬威公司的首席執行官，並一直擔任該職到2005年6月確診前，後來保留瞭公司的資深閤夥人一職。他於2005年9月10日辭世。
