具体描述
An eleven-year-old boy’s violated corpse is found in a town park. Eyewitnesses and fingerprints point unmistakably to one of Flint City’s most popular citizens. He is Terry Maitland, Little League coach, English teacher, husband, and father of two girls. Detective Ralph Anderson, whose son Maitland once coached, orders a quick and very public arrest. Maitland has an alibi, but Anderson and the district attorney soon add DNA evidence to go with the fingerprints and witnesses. Their case seems ironclad.
As the investigation expands and horrifying answers begin to emerge, King’s propulsive story kicks into high gear, generating strong tension and almost unbearable suspense. Terry Maitland seems like a nice guy, but is he wearing another face? When the answer comes, it will shock you as only Stephen King can.

非常史蒂芬·金流的一部小說，前半部分懸念迭生扣人心弦，後半部分漸漸看出還是原來的那個套路，IT 的換湯不換藥版本，沒看過 Bill Hodges 系列(?)血虧了每個 reference 都一頭霧水.... 不過最後洞穴 boss 戰頓時讓我想起愛手藝的 The Lurking Fear，除了戰鬥張力略顯不足(竟然就這樣隨便砸死了?!)和其他一堆老金小說結尾的慣常缺點之外，整本書看下來&電子書聽下來還是夠驚悚，這次用的 folklore 也蠻合我心，期待改編劇（順帶一提有聲書的 narrator 表現太出色了! 十來個聲線不帶重樣兒，本少見多怪佩服得五體投地
评分终于赶在第四集更新之前看完了整本，比起成功吊人胃口的开头，结局真的很一般啊，略失望。期待的局外人的身世历史、被曝光的真相统统都没有，但是也给改编留足了空间，剧版拍好了延伸出第二季完全没问题。
评分看了那么多年金爷爷的书改编过来的电影，这是看的第一本他的畅销已久的小说。前半部分打4.5星，调查+多处悬疑很棒，原版感觉到故事叙述能力超棒。后面就有点漫不经心了，差不多都猜到，杀怪的那一天我就更不想提了。最后那句表白减100分
评分第四本。朗读者依旧超级棒。金先生真是能描绘，那种深入人心的恐惧只有他才能描述出来。
评分SK永远不会让他的书迷失望，从惊悚慢慢过渡到超自然，拿捏的恰到好处，黑暗塔之后，SK又要开启另一个宇宙吗？
