真的很敬佩他妈妈，虽然经常打他（描述被他妈揍特别搞笑），但是那个环境下要拉住他不入歧途妈妈尽力了。

两点：1、无论原生家庭的伤害有多大，每个人都有能力从中复原。跟作者比起来，普通国人受到的伤害简直不值一提。2、learn to fail, as that's part of life and the road to success. 人生难免起伏波折。 外：Audible试听那一段超级精彩，严重推荐。至于全书，audible评分几近满分，满心期待几个小时的娱乐，不过尔尔。倒是通过他认识了Fluffy -- Gabriel Iglesia, my new favorite standup comedian.

有点意思，最大的收获是：到头来让人们出名的，还是这个人本身，而不是他们编出来的笑话。之前在鞋店的同事alice，自己全盘接受自己跟他人就够了。我自己痛苦的事情，跟作者经历的屎比起来真是，什么完全刷爆信用卡、赌钱酗酒嗑毒品之类。。顿时觉得自己真是负责任的成年人。还有他之前所受过的各种挫折，到头来都成为他自己脱口秀的素材，生活怎么展开真的谁知道。
