well written, a touching story.

得承认我是带着“偏见”开始读它的：17年畅销书，而如今出版商市场营销言不符实的原因，读者很多时候不得不调整期望值，尤其是遇到“通俗小说”的时候。所以意外的，我很喜欢这本书。Oliphant令人印象深刻，从头到底都让我不停地琢磨她，因她社交上的或迟钝或无礼而笑出声，又同时忍不住很想给她一个拥抱。She makes me care. 书涉及的最大的主题：孤独（其他的: 误解，不懂自己，不懂他人，勇敢友谊）不是第一次被探讨的。但这本书的魅力在于作者塑造出的主人公，带着很多现代高速社会不宽容的行为，让我们觉得真实的同时也下意识的反思：我有没有犯书里人物的错误，快速地审判他人？而我们的社会是不是也只喜欢接受一个“我很好”的答案？不会，因为我们还有很多的Elearnor 和 Raymond

正要惊呼“我裤子都脱了你就给我看个这“的时候来了个惊天大逆转，目测非常适合改编成电影，关于那个大逆转的后续或许还能出个续集。比起英国小说更像美国小说，作为处女作算是合格了。
