从主要角色登场开始，几乎可以一口气读下来没有太多冷场或晦涩的部分。 角色性格鲜明，结局往往令人扼腕。 故事性很强的一部历史，如果觉得开头背景部分枯燥可以跳过直接开始正文部分。

我看这本书时，距离我买书的时间至少也过了六七年，当时本书售价还是37元。 原因嘛一是太厚，二是当时估计趣味性不及征服新西信史（作者在本书的前言也是这么说的）。那本征服新西读得都够累，所以这本也一直没看。 今年读过之后才发觉，除了超厚这点外，其它方面并不是那么...
