评分大概是作者略有些意識流手法的原因，剛開始很難讀進去，堅持看到後麵越是漸入佳境。與其說是反戰文學，更確切說是反美國夢、反對資本幻覺、反對政治操縱、反對消費主義的諷刺小說，就像作者在前言的演講稿說的一樣，一部揭露“the insanity of American life" .從人設而言並不完美，但核心主題非常relatable
