Waksman Award），他曾经的博客“并不复杂的科学”（Not Exactly Rocket Science）曾于2010年荣获美国国家研究院凯克科学传播奖（National Academies Keck Science Communication Award）。埃德曾经在TED发表关于控制意识的寄生虫的演讲，目前已获得150多万的观看量。
