如何正确表达歉意:1. 不要自我辩护。应停止谈论自己,把道歉的焦点放在对方身上。2. 设想对方的观点。要仔细考虑对方因你的过失,受到了什么影响 需要从你那里获得什么 3. 承认对方的感受及其价值观,鼓励他们谈论自己的感受和重视的事物 4. 重建“我们”的感觉 5. 弄清道歉对象。
