Stephen King is the author of more than fifty books, all of them worldwide bestsellers. 比第一本精彩。。。主线的宝藏记事本真的很抓人，后半段甚至不需要hodges那几个都能独立成篇。。。难怪这个结尾了不然第三本hodges又要没事可做了。。。

非常明显地比第一部好很多，最让人称赞的是其中关于文学，作者和读者的种种讨论和想法，印象深刻，得到很多启发。这部里的角色写得继续金爷水准，尤其是前半段的Morris Belllamy写的比Brady还要好！让我各种叹息和感慨，可以算是金爷笔下最爱的反派之一了，而且annoying男主出场不多（而且一出场行文质量就下降了...）也让人觉得读起来更舒畅。结尾Brady归来感觉金爷是真正上道了，脐带最终章！
