著者簡介

弗朗西斯·福山（Francis Fukuyama，1952年10月27日－）美國作傢及政治經濟學人。其父齣生於芝加哥，為第二代日本後裔，並於芝加哥大學修得社會學博士學位；其母為京都大學經濟學係創始人之韆金。福山本人大學就讀康乃爾大學，並獲得文學士（主修古典文獻與政治），並於哈佛大學獲得政治博士，師從塞繆爾·P·亨廷頓。

福山是《曆史的終結及最後之人》一書的作者，他在該書中認為，人類曆史的前進與意識形態之間的鬥爭正走嚮“終結”，隨著冷戰的結束，“自由民主”和資本主義被定於一尊，是謂“資本陣營”的勝利。

Well, I have not linked Fukuyama with the author of the book which read by overnight sensation patient of Wuhan cabin hospital until I mentioned this book with my friend : ). The approaches contributing to leaders centralizing their power such as hollowing out institution of accountabilities and overriding term limits are on show in current China.
