作者简介

弗朗西斯·福山（Francis Fukuyama，1952年10月27日－）美国作家及政治经济学人。其父出生于芝加哥，为第二代日本后裔，并于芝加哥大学修得社会学博士学位；其母为京都大学经济学系创始人之千金。福山本人大学就读康乃尔大学，并获得文学士（主修古典文献与政治），并于哈佛大学获得政治博士，师从塞缪尔·P·亨廷顿。

福山是《历史的终结及最后之人》一书的作者，他在该书中认为，人类历史的前进与意识形态之间的斗争正走向“终结”，随着冷战的结束，“自由民主”和资本主义被定于一尊，是谓“资本阵营”的胜利。

跟福山同志回顾西方自由民主制度的发展史，审视当前饱受制度缺陷困扰的希腊、意大利等发达经济体和干不成低不就的西方政治模式仿效者的发展中经济体的制度问题。感觉福山同志还是很实在的，净说大实话，庇护政治（政治上的依附关系）也就是我们常说的表现为裙带关系的政治腐败...

Well, I have not linked Fukuyama with the author of the book which read by overnight sensation patient of Wuhan cabin hospital until I mentioned this book with my friend : ). The approaches contributing to leaders centralizing their power such as hollowing out institution of accountabilities and overriding term limits are on show in current China.
