对话的形式让argument不够连贯，但是总体来说他对于“物质不存在”的论证给人很多新的启发。我最大的批评在此：1）Berkeley对"idea"这个词指代的对象并不连贯，在64页展现出来的总论证上因此有一个逻辑滑坡；2）他把Epistemology和Metaphysics混在一起了。
