著者簡介
大衛•斯諾登（David Snowdon），美國明尼蘇達大學流行病學博士，1986年在明尼蘇達大學展開修女研究。1990年他將修女研究搬到肯塔基大學醫學中心的“山德士-布朗老化研究中心”，並在此擔任神經學教授。身為全球頂尖的阿爾茨海默病專傢之一，他曾在北美與歐洲各個科學會議中多次發錶研究成果，並於重量級醫學期刊，如《美國醫學協會期刊》、《老年醫學期刊》等發錶論文。

又是讀完之後一本so what的書。無法改變的DNA，很多人也不樂意的改變的生活習慣，隻能感嘆一句能完成這種實驗可以說是非常努力瞭。

评分看瞭一段時間瞭，修女是耶穌的新娘，她們奉獻自己參與研究的精神麵貌很感人，當然印象最深的是文筆好（概念密度高）的不容易老年癡呆。。
