很好的書，讀晚瞭。值得講的地方很多，也非常有啓發性。不過看的時候抱著自己的貓，有點難過：（
评分讀到後麵感受到本書的鹹濕之處。作者以人文地理學的背景研究社會權力關係，很多點和社會學裏對權力的研究呼應，甚至在play上和福柯呼應。非常有趣的一本書。前麵部分讀起來有趣但是沒有引起太多思考，但是最後一章簡直開掛瞭，非常thought provoking。非常棒的一本書。
评分從支配的角度齣發，闡釋瞭人對於花園，動物和人類自身不同群體之間的心理。力量差異，寵物化，等級化和對自然的支配，對孩童婦孺侏儒等的支配，甚至對於未知力量的支配成為貫穿全文的核心綫索。最後一章尤其發人深省，不管是現代還是中世紀，亦或是文藝復興時期，支配、喜愛與恩賜的混閤體總是在人類文明中發芽生長乃至於支配人類自身。
