On the occasion of the 7th Annual General Assembly of International-Association of MaritimeUniversities (IAMU),as Head of Local Executive Committee of the-Assembly,I would like totake the honor,on behalf of Dalian Maritime Univeristy and IAMU,to express the warmestwelcome and sincere greetings to all the guests from all over the world.
