很多人不喜欢这本，我并没有太讨厌它，因为在Global/international level上处理问题，好像Perpetual Peace后，就没有什么太多洞见。早前读了Rawls的LP也是这感觉。至于问欧盟经验能否扩展到全球，跟问PS能否copy到中国差不多。Cohen后来有
评分欧盟的经验在何种程度上能够被project到全球层面？在民族国家的框架之下形成的团结在何种程度上能够scale up？我的学生大多数都不相信global civil society的可能性。可Habermas的这个理论，又在多大程度上讲的是具体操作的可能性呢？
