嗯，这本书其它不用多说，反正还是必备的手册。争论的确多不胜举，比如我所熟悉的神经发展障碍这一块就饱受诟病，事实上不能确定的东西还是太多太多，所以出现这种情况很正常，每一个专业人员只是拿起来辅助自己的工作，而不是当作圣旨遵守。然而，不论哪些专家，哪些国家，哪些机构来做这样的诊断手册都会变成这样的局面，因此一味对苛责是不理性的，重要的是这样的书多多少少仍算得上是一种进步，需多加鼓励。话说，实在是蛮厚的，我买了之后带来带去的不是很方便，在此吐槽一下……

评分要用的时候才会去查，分类全。我觉得现在的精神疾病诊断很像进化论出现之前的分类学，因为不理解本质只能从已知的各个维度（轴）去分类列好，以后神经科学应该会在疾病本质上有突破。
