这次盖曼叔走的是《奇风岁月》那种缅怀童年的路子，又是一次作者自己“私人化”的文本呈现。思来想去，与这本书比较贴近的旧作大概是《坟场之书》，几乎没有典故埋藏在故事里、奇幻部分的加入又成了一种超现实的隐喻。好比《失物之书》里用臆想来装点残酷的战争，真实童年里的灰色记忆则寄托于坏保姆、矿工幽灵、三代魔女、车道尽头的海洋(bigger on the inside)等意象。美版的封面文艺又孤独，中译本被装点成一个温暖的画片集。西方读者清一色的好评，我只是觉得，情怀足矣、却少了一点活泼一份俏皮。一场朦胧又沉重的童梦。

太温柔的一本小书。尼尔盖曼怎么能记得那么多的事情。童年那么多恐惧，不应该随着年纪被一把又一把时间的土埋得严严实实吗。

翻13年SFF书单找书看才发现盖曼又出了本新书。书还是可以的，但说实话对盖曼自己而言有点炒冷饭之嫌。从主题到故事情节都有点反刍的感觉。。。希望接下来能有所突破啊。实在不行再跟TP合作一本吧！三点五颗星
