scanned Chps in Part 1 and first half of Part 2; Useful as ref book when learning with actual practice
评分不愧是出现在 Silicon Valley 的案头书，确实是一部非常经典的案头书。比较喜欢第四部分对一些特定行业、市场的估值的阐释。
评分我不知道consulting company是怎么做valuation的。。不说这个差别，这本书实在写得很disorganised，而且很多concept不实用。
评分上课要求看的，真的是一本由浅入深讲投资的好书。
