But the road to success was paved with strict discipline, rigid guidelines - and diverse belongings. Ibsen demanded extreme precision and orderliness in his life, where the slightest hitch could totally "ruin" his day. Whilst at his side he always had the devoted and supportive Suzannah. These various items of Ibsenabilia challenge us, fascinate us - even provoke us. At the same time they make us ask questions - sometimes quite surprising ones.
