著者簡介
凱特·迪卡米洛（Kate DiCamillo）生於美國賓夕法尼亞州，在佛羅裏達州長大，大學時主修英美文學，並從事成人短篇小說的創作，曾經獲得1998年邁剋奈特基金會的作傢奬勵金。她的第一本兒童小說《傻狗溫迪剋》一問世就廣受好評，並奪得瞭2001年紐伯瑞兒童文學奬銀奬。2004年，凱特·迪卡米洛又憑藉《浪漫鼠德佩羅》多的當年的伯紐瑞文學奬金奬。

评分2018.2.9 2014看來自星星的你的時候，還在飛機上用無綫網追劇。兒子那時纔2歲不到。現在他6歲瞭。我在車上放有聲書CD，車開到傢瞭，故事還有一點點沒聽完，他問，媽媽, can we finish it？我說好。他忙從安全椅爬下來，坐在副駕的位置，把耳朵湊上車喇叭邊。故事結束的時候，他長長嘆瞭口氣：這個結局真是太好瞭... 媽媽，我好喜歡這個電影。我笑，這是耳朵聽的有聲書，電影是眼睛可以看到的。兒子說，但是我們可以用想象力看，不是嗎？

评分已經不記得上次讀童話是什麼時候瞭，因為星星的緣故瞭解到這本書的存在。雖說內容與結構的確不太適閤我這樣的大齡女青年，但仍有幾句話是讀完後能留在心底的。
