前期鋪墊瞭很多，來去調查瞭很多，但最後大惡人的死法太快太簡單，結尾與之前內容對比倉促的隻描寫下各自人物的皆大歡喜，有可能跟現實多少有些聯係，不能說的太露骨。最後說明瞭在西伯利亞那片凍土還真實存在這樣一個研究生産原子彈的地方，人類社會必然會包骨悚然。小說寫的時間過早，不知現在俄羅斯是否還存在這種威脅。

看過的SS的第二本小說，勇敢的女記者，因為對某個社會名流全傢在一年之內相繼意外身亡感到懷疑，所以展開調查，最終涉及到俄羅斯某個隱藏於地下的生産環用於製造原子彈的城市。小說真的很精彩。

作為sidney的書迷第一次看原著...太有成就感瞭！隻是小時候那種為情節的跌宕而心情跟著起伏的年代有些一去不復返，讀完後對於故事並不如想像中的興奮。這點略微有些以外。
