这本书比最底层的10亿人出版要早，刚好读完了Bottom Billion，觉得两本还蛮适合对照着一起读的。 但是说实话，觉得Sachs的书逻辑关系不够清楚：穷国有困难，光靠自己无法重新振作经济——但是为什么结论就是第一世界应该加大捐款力度呢？ 反观Bottom Billion作者及其团队，则是...
