著者簡介
謝爾蓋·盧基揚年科，歐洲科幻大會2003年度最佳作傢，俄羅斯科幻大會2006年度最佳作傢。一九六八年齣生於前蘇聯哈薩斯坦共和國，畢業於國立阿拉木圖醫學院，畢業後擔任內科醫生和精神病醫生，行醫之餘，他對科幻奇幻小說興趣頗濃，曾以擔任《世界》科幻雜誌副總編輯。
一九八八年發錶首部作品——科幻短篇小說《毀滅》。其後的作品《四十島騎士》、《原子能之夢》、《地王星來的勛爵》，以及《幻影迷宮》等都廣受好評，被譽為俄羅斯科幻文學之父。
而真正讓謝爾蓋·盧基揚年科成為傢喻戶曉的人物的是他的“守夜人”係列。這個係列完美地體現瞭他的寫作功力，把他推到一個前所未有的高度，使他得以站在歐洲最優秀的科幻奇幻作傢之列。

由于现在的个人口味成长，不再同少年时期的一惊一咋，所以奇幻小说的点子和包袱看起来也不会那么让我惊叹，因为奇幻小说由于想象力的无限制，所以在类型小说上来说写作难度并不算高。《守夜人》并不是想象力特别瑰丽的类型小说，也没有营造出一个能和哈利波特、魔戒等经典相提...
