著者简介

帕特里克•罗斯福斯（Patrick Rothfuss）

作者系美国近年来最耀眼的史诗奇幻作家。他生于威斯康辛州，大学足足读了九年，先攻读化学工程专业后又转读心理学，最后才以英国文学学士毕业。“弑君者传奇”系列的雏形就在他广泛选修哲学、中世纪史、东方戏剧学、人类学、社会学等课程的过程中逐渐形成。

第二本总觉得精彩程度不够，再加上很多拖沓的情节让阅读体验大打折扣。

最喜欢的人物是Elodin/Tempi 这本书可以说是继harry potter后我觉得world-building功力最深厚的唯一的不喜欢还是女主设定很迷道理我都懂她就是不讨喜我特想知道为什么现在还会有书疯狂给这么迷的绿茶婊洗白

这部应该叫Kvothe getting laid吧… 哪怕Denna的部分忽略，从遇到Felurian后这剧情都快瞎了，不明白看的是奇幻还是言情小黄书。作者对女性的态度也是无语了，比如把女性比成乐器，要等着被学习开发出自己的音乐。主人公傲慢自负却又自卑。只有前面一半斗来斗去倒还是好看的。第一部很喜欢，这部都要转黑了。

Finally finished... One hell of a story. Ruthfuss's story-telling techniques are of the master level, u can feel it throughout every word yet it doesn't feel forced in the least bit. Absolutely LOVE the part about Adem language and Yllish knots. Hungrily awaiting Day Three.
