登峰造極的是分一個一個階段的，每一個階段都有長期的平颱期，在這段平颱期你要麵對新的不熟悉的內容，通過穩定、長期的訓練將它們內化(刻意練習)。
评分雖然現在一萬小時天纔論已經挺紅瞭，這本20年前齣版的小書還是值得一看。比較有意思的是它將Mastery的思想擴展到瞭人與人之前的關係和社會的發展。
