评分虽然现在一万小时天才论已经挺红了，这本20年前出版的小书还是值得一看。比较有意思的是它将Mastery的思想扩展到了人与人之前的关系和社会的发展。
评分我觉得这类书都写的很好。只不过我可能短期内不需要看了 :)
评分看的是书评，但已经很有收获。关于对练习过程本身和生活方式的理解，而非目的的倡导，将会在我脑海中一直记录下来
