May said that I was literally “eating” away the books. Perhaps I am. // So I swallowed this book, in both auditory and textual forms, in about 10 days' time. Was rather surprised about the continued swears made by the surgeons - mostly male-when the operation goes wrong. The brainlessness of the surgeon was laughed away by May the internist-to-be.
