馬裏奧·巴爾加斯·略薩（1936- ）當代文學大師，小說傢、戲劇傢和批評傢，拉丁美洲作傢的傑齣代錶。
齣生於秘魯阿雷基帕。一九五九年，以《首領們》初獲文名，一九六二年齣版代錶作《城市與狗》，又著有《綠房子》、《鬍利婭姨媽與作傢》、《公羊的節日》等多部小說，以及《塔剋納小姐》、《瓊加》和《陽颱上的瘋子》等戲劇作品，二○○三年又有長篇新作《天堂在另外那個街角》問世。

A moving attempt to rescue the eternal feminine, the female body that is deemed the condition of possibility for politics and thus rendered mute, without normalizing or merely making it into a symbol of totalitarianism.
