注釋簡潔但很到位。
评分Hollander & Hollander的這一英譯本實在是太吸引人——丈夫Robert是但丁學者而妻子Jean是詩人。這好比讓Seamus Heaney與J. R. R. Tolkien一起翻譯Beowulf（雖然兩者各有自己的譯本）。
评分很震撼！用地獄的所見所聞諷刺當時意大利的政治生態。這個英譯本文筆還算是很不錯的，對細節的描寫挺優美，真希望自己學會意大利語。然後再品讀它原版的韻腳。
