评分The focus on human rights, humanitarian law and the examples of Switzerland are definitely the signature of the author....yet I'd prefer to read what Brierly though about things at the time of his days.
评分刚刚读的时候会不适应那种散文似的写法，读者读者就带感了，都到最后很touching啊，想起他讲课一直强调的国际法的价值的转变，Clapham算是男神咯
