一些内容是自己了解和认可的，虽然践行不是很到位，无论是单身还是非单身，自我提升都很重要。里面有些透过作者男性视角的分析还是可以看看借鉴了解一下的。两性关系也是说不清道不明的，世上男男女女千千万啊

评分看过视频 书店里迅速翻完了书 相比同类博主 更多的提到了 mindset的塑造（例如不只是约会 且是如何与伴侣相处 与自己相处） 不流于表面话术等 算是走心之作了
评分看到一部分人极力贬低此书，那是因为读者仅仅看到了书的表面，略知皮毛而已。其实看这类方法类书籍，最重要的是明白作者的逻辑、思维模式。比方说，这本书分为三+一模块：（Find、Date、Sex） + keep。其中find章节讲了高价值、吸引力原理公式：吸引力=漂亮+挑战可获得+高价值+共同语言、网恋、如何发短信等等内容。本书的缺点是语言直白化，口语化。但这也是优点，在中文版出版之前，至少咱们看的还不算很艰难。
