我的第一本營養學入門書籍，本體在埃塞俄比亞一傢小書店入的（當時買成2000+Birr左右）。要學營養學不入歧途這一本就夠瞭，但是涉及營養物質代謝化學反應式那幾章真心啃不動....._(:з」∠)_已經看瞭....快2年瞭....還沒看完.....
