简要介绍NumPy，SciPy和Scikit的小册子。书中对这几个包的基本功能举了一些实例。不足之处在于过于简短，提供的代码有一些笔误。NumPy扩展了Python中数据的表示和处理方式，类似R中的vector。SciPy在NumPy的基础上提供了诸如解方程、求极值、积分等科学运算的支持。Scikit进一步扩展了SciPy的功能，其中有一个用于机器学习算法的包sklearn。
