评分挺励志的一本小书，原版的用词也比较简单，挺适合阅读的。
评分Jessi自己成功跑步就是励志故事，Jessi带着Rosa成功跑步就包含了太多情感。写完一整本的讲义感觉还是高中生读会好些。
