6分，畫風不行，故事以琴葛蕾為主角，但是又沒有體現太多青少年的煩惱或者隊友間的互動，更多的都是莫名其妙的花癡劇情。作為新的起源作品來說每太大意思。

Hopeless一定是瑪麗蘇愛好者，該限定短篇如果改名為《琴·格雷的戀愛學堂》也毫無違和感。初齣茅廬的菜鳥紅發美少女在入校的第一天就遇上瞭禁欲氣質的古怪學霸，因為一連串的誤會她把學霸拉進黑名單。與此同時，一個金發碧眼的帥氣富二代還對她展開瞭猛烈的攻勢，兩人陷入愛河後她卻發現富二代三心二意，經過尋尋覓覓，最後她終於看清自己的真愛還是那個一生氣就吃麥片的古怪學霸，於是和學霸在一起瞭。富二代心有不甘，想追迴紅發美少女，導緻學霸打翻瞭醋壇子，同女主冷戰，女主傷心之餘找到瞭中央空調般的暖男天纔好友傾訴。經過一係列的波摺後，女主和學霸敞開瞭心扉，最終走到瞭一塊。這便是X Men：season one的劇情簡介，和濫俗偶像劇彆無二緻，而且畫風呆闆，缺乏動感。
