作者简介
奥尔罕•帕慕克（Orhan Pamuk，1952－ ），当代欧洲最杰出的小说家之一，享誉国际的土耳其文学巨擘。出生于伊斯坦布尔，曾在伊斯坦布尔科技大学主修建筑。2006年获得诺贝尔文学奖，作品总计已被译为50多种语言。

评分Again, don't judge a book prematurely. I complained about Pamuk's conventionality when I was on 2nd chpt, then in the 3rd he gives a refreshing critique of character. "Painting with words" -- useful and rather personal approach to writing. The concept "center" is underdeveloped, may easily be replaced by "theme" or "subject".
评分love not what he talked about, but his attitude as first a reader, then a novelist to talk about novels from personal perspective and personal experience, and also very humble and self-reflective.
