4. People Development - People follow because of what you have done for them personally.
5. Pinnacle - People follow because of who you are and what you represent.

评分怎么说呢?书和理论其实不错,大多也不是什么大不了的道理,实践才是重点,书本身又稍微有点教条的赶脚。。。

评分说实话很失望了,我觉得告诉我五个level是挺好的知识,但是有三个比较严重的问题,第一我觉得会让我看leaders现在变得很judgemental,actiaonable items在这本书中并不是重点,而且看完之后我记得的真的不多;第二整本书写的太烦了,重复超级多根本不用写到那么长;第三这个人得writing style真的是让我不喜欢,老是quote一些有的没的相关程度不大,看了就让我觉得是为了quote而quote,而且assume了level1的leader有bad personalities,让我觉得很不舒服。反正我还没做领导这本书可能也不是很适合我
